If you would prefer that images of you, your partner, or specific guests not be used for marketing purposes, please let us know in writing before your event or as soon as possible afterward. We will honor reasonable requests to remove identifiable images from our public-facing channels.

Children at events we photograph. Children, including infants, toddlers, and minors, are often present at weddings as flower girls, ring bearers, family members, or guests. They may appear in the photographs and video footage we capture as part of our services.
We rely on the contracting clients (the couple) to inform their guests, including parents and guardians of minors present, that professional photography and videography will take place at the event.
If you are a parent or guardian and you do not want images of your child to be used in our public-facing portfolio, social media, or marketing materials, please contact us at booking@silverseasweddings.com. We will work with you in good faith to remove or restrict the use of identifiable images of your child from our public channels. Please note that images already delivered to clients in private galleries cannot be retroactively altered.
For minors featured prominently in any marketing material (for example, as a primary subject of a styled portrait), we will obtain a separate written model release from the parent or guardian before publication.
